”Primal Moves lives in community, and being part of it for almost a year has made me completely fall in love with this practice. It’s a full-body workout that makes you strong, flexible, and connected; all in a way that feels accessible and joyful. Unlike anything I’ve experienced since my dance practice, it brings people together to move, explore, and grow in a supportive environment. At its core, Primal Moves is a movement system inspired by how our bodies are naturally built to move: crawling, rolling, balancing, and flowing through the floor with awareness. It trains strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness all in one workout! ”
