Primal Moves is a practice born from the essence of movement itself. In a world that isolates, digitises, and individualises wellness, it reminds us of what has existed long before traditional gyms: collective effort, play, and shared spaces.

The focus of Primal Moves™ is to develop: 

  • Stability 
  • Strenght 
  • Mobility 
  • Muscle Tone

All of this is trained through quadrupedal movements and dynamic exercises inspired by the way animals move, reconnecting you with your body’s natural capacity for movement.. all set to the vibrant music of Ibiza for a great, fun and effective workout!

Move with intention in this Yoga Flow class; a mindful journey where breath and movement guide you on the mat.

This class invites you to move with intention and getting into a state of flow, staying grounded on the mat while following the guidance of my voice or the music, makes it almost like a choreographyor routine. In this class I will encourage you to go deeper: every posture, every transition, is an opportunity to explore your body more profoundly, to calm your mind, and cultivate inner fluidity.

This gentle yet powerful practice brings alignment, breath, and flow together. You are invited to slow down, feel your edges, and reconnect with your body in a safe, nurturing space on the mat. By the end, you will feel renewed, centered, and deeply embodied.

Improvisational and playful, this practice invites you to explore your body’s natural creativity and deepen your connection to its intuition

Movement Class is a space to explore the natural, expressive intelligence of your body. Through guided improvisation, you are encouraged to move freely — without choreography, expectation, or judgment.

This class invites you to rediscover playfulness, curiosity, and creativity. Every gesture, step, and flow becomes a form of self-expression, a mirror of your inner state. By exploring your movement in this liberated way, you reconnect with your vitality, authenticity, and personal rhythm.

Move freely, let rhythm and sound lead your body.

In this class, music becomes the doorway for your body to move and express itself. You may find yourself in a meditative flow, an ecstatic dance, or a deeply immersive rhythmic journey.

This is a practice of liberation: letting your body respond to rhythm, vibration, energy an dmost important.. music! No choreography and only 3 simple rules: Barefeet, no alcohol, no talking. Just you, your body, and the music. You will explore emotion, energy, and instinct, finding joy and freedom in movement. By the end, you will feel awakened, expansive, and alive in a way that words cannot capture.

Liberated Body:

YOGA

Gentle movement, breath, and guidance to release tension and fully relax.

The release class is a guided journey into the body’s natural ability to let go. Through gentle stretches, somatic exercises, and conscious breathing, you are invited to soften, dissolve tension, and surrender into the support of your body.

This class is an exploration of deep relaxation and embodied awareness. It helps you notice patterns, release emotional and physical tension, and reconnect with your innate sense of ease. Especially helpful if you are feeling stressed or burned out, this practice allows you to become more aware of your body and recognize your personal tension points. By the end of the session, your body will feel lighter, your mind calmer, and your presence more aligned and grounded in your body.
